Chapter Annual Report

All chapters are asked each spring to submit a Chapter Annual Report. Compilation of this report allows chapters to reflect on the events of the previous year and to initiate planning for the next year. Completion of the report should be a collaborative responsibility of the Faculty Advisor(s) working with outgoing and incoming officers. The report is a part of each chapter's permanent file with the Central Office; a copy should also be kept as part of the local chapter history. The chapter's Lead Advisor will receive a link to complete the Chapter Annual Report Survey each year during the month of April.

We have compiled information about those projects and activities in a searchable database. The database may be searched by activity, year, chapter, and state; it contains a wealth of amazing efforts done by the NEHS community around the world.

2022-2023 Chapter Annual Report/Survey

Due June 30, 2023

All NEHS chapters are required to submit an Annual Chapter Report. Chapters that respond by June 15 will be entered into a drawing for $100!

The 2022-2023 survey is multiple-choice, quick and easy, and a great source of ideas. Survey results offer a virtual blueprint for achievement, definitively answering the question, "What do successful chapters do?"
