February 24 – 28, 2025, marks the second NEHS Chapter Fundraising Week. This is when NEHS chapters across the USA and around the world will join together to raise funds for their student-led community service projects.
We all know that NEHS student members do extraordinary work to support their communities, and NEHS wants to encourage students to keep doing that, hence the Chapter Fundraising Week.
NEHS is partnering with Double Good, a digital fundraising platform for schools and community organizations that allows students to sell popcorn to their friends and family across the nation and raise funds for their chapter’s community service projects.
All you need to do is decide what project you want to raise funds for, register on the Double Good website, and ask your students to sell delicious popcorn over a 4-day period. 50% of all sales income is returned to NEHS chapters for use on their chosen project. There are no fees, and no cash exchanges hands: everything is digital. NEHS receives no money from NEHS chapter fundraisers.
Double Good has provided more information about their fundraising platform and NEHS has produced a set-up guide for Chapter Advisors to make the process as quick and easy as possible.
